Illustration Friday - Match

The Superla-tettes, a little known girl group of the 1960's, perfected the trick of dressing alike....in fact, they were so obsessed with making sure their outfits were an exact match...they missed their biggest and final show at Phil Spector's 1968 pool party due to a disagreement over pink stockings....their best known lyric of the era was....

"...if his clothes don't match...la la la...make him hit the hatch....la la la la....you can always find a new batch - of love...la la la...."

what they lacked in musical ability, they made up for in fashion sense

for anyone interested...this is micron pen, colored in Photoshop...I actually have a hand colored version that may or may not make it here sometime this week
