my MIL, there are not only random jumpers from the roof of her building on a pretty regular basis, but active snipers apparently reside in the student housing below her windows....

none of this has been substantiated by any outside sources...you'd think that sort of thing would make the news

I forgot...she says she's not worried about the snipers (even though, she found a bullet hole in her window that we never could find) because her bed and recliner are both below the bottom sill of her windows...

she's a thinker

and lives on the 10th floor
